Beef: Sunfed Beef

SunFed Ranch was founded by members of ranching families with deep roots in the foothills of the Sacramento Valley and the rangeland of the Klamath Basin between Mt. Shasta and Crater Lake. Their cattle are born and raised in those open spaces where they have adapted to natural weather patterns to grow premium quality grass fed beef year-round.

SunFed Ranch Organic Grass Fed Beef is raised on ranches that have been certified by a USDA-approved third party auditor, CCOF, who verifies that our family ranchers follow an organic system plan to ensure that the cattle are never administered growth promoting hormones or antibiotics and that all grass and forage is produced without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. This ensures that every drop of mother’s milk and blade of grass our organic cattle consume meets the organic standard.

Poultry: Mary’s Free Range Chickens

Mary’s chickens is a proud family owned and operated farm, that has been in existence since 1954. Mary's california bronze chicken was the first product in the united states to achieve the coveted “step 5” rating, due to their leadership in superior animal welfare program. Their step 5 chickens live their entire lives on the pastured farm and are hand-raised in small groups.

Pork: Homestead Pork

At American Homestead they have combined the finest legacy hog breed, the Hampshire, with traditional, humane and sustainable farming methods to deliver superb restaurant-quality pork. Their fine breed of Hampshire hogs are raised on traditional family farms that have been passed down for generations.

Their animals are never given antibiotics or artificial growth promotants; they eat a strictly vegetarian diet and live in a socially friendly outdoor environment. The result is truly fine pork with extraordinary flavor–the way pork should taste.
