Chief Culinary Officer and Nutritional Scientist

Lorenzo is a classically trained executive chef, who trained at Badia a Coltibuono, Florence, Italy and L’Ecôle Gastronomie Française, Villefranche, France. He has also studied nutrition science for several decades and is extremely passionate about the interplay between great food and health. Lorenzo is an endurance athlete, DPMR member, enthusiastic volunteer, and we are excited to share his posts!
